I am a solution and result oriented architect with extensive experience leading technology at scale — from target architecture and platform choices to cross-functional coordination and governance. I thrive when business goals, technology and people meet, and when we together transform complexity into clarity and sustainable value.

As an architect, I always strive to create conditions for scalable, robust and future-proof solutions - to sustainably strengthen the value of the business and the people. I have experience in target architecture in larger organizations, governance through architecture forums and architecture reviews, as well as translating business needs into concrete architecture and system solutions. With a background as Software Architect at Svenska Spel and several years as consultant/tech lead (including assignments for Södra), I combine strategic perspective with the ability to drive change and results in everyday operations.

I lead with trust, clarity and responsibility — and place great emphasis on visualization, communication and mentorship to help teams and organizations grow.
